6. Returns and Exchanges

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Sale items and accessories may be final sale unless otherwise stated.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at avielashop@gmail.com before shipping the item back.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
