1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and intimate items cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken.

Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipment and may choose their preferred shipping carrier.
After shipping your return, please send us a photo or proof of the shipping receipt so we can track and process your return efficiently.
Returns sent without prior contact may experience delays in processing.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery so we can provide an appropriate solution.
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, we recommend placing a new order.
7. International Fulfillment
As we work with international suppliers and fulfillment partners, return addresses may differ from the original shipping address.
Delivery and return processing times may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, shipping carriers, or external logistical delays beyond our control.
