Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and labels attached. To start a return, simply contact us at avielashop@gmail.com, and we'll provide you with the return instructions.

Yes. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and other intimate items cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed or broken. Items that have been worn, washed, or returned without their original tags and labels are also not eligible for a return.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 6–14 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Standard shipping costs $12.99 CAD. We offer free shipping on all orders over $120 CAD.
